Refund & Cancellation

1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order is handed over to our courier partner (usually within 12-24 hours), it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at support@kuberurja.com with your Order ID.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

We take utmost care in packaging our Vastu frames. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we offer a hassle-free replacement. Returns/Refunds for reasons other than transit damage are not accepted due to the spiritual and energetic nature of the products.

• You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
• An Unboxing Video is mandatory to claim a replacement for transit damage. Please record a clear, continuous video while opening the sealed package.

3. Refund Processing

If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, or if we cannot fulfill a replacement for a damaged item, a 100% refund will be initiated. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.
